One of my illustrations for the 2003 Zinester's Guide to Portland.
At this point, I bet a good portion of my molecules are made of La Fonda food. A delicious & cheap tacqueria blocks from my house that serves *the* largest burrito I've ever experienced.
I showed this to the lady owner tonight and she burst into peals of laughter which didn't end even as we left. I bet she's still laughing. And I'm not sure what about.

Hah! My mother had the same reaction to me when I, a 6th grade geeknerd wannabe artist showed her a (horrible, embarrassing) drawing of mine of two knights in armor standing on a cliff fighting each other with swords -- inexplicable, hysterical laughter.
My mom is a very lovely and caring woman but that put an end to my drawing attempts, pretty much forever. Hah! Not that I am easily wounded or anything.
