I think it's some sort of federal building... There are a bunch of courthouses and stuff down there. It's pretty crazy though. Isn't that the one with the huge arches on the other side?
Sure is a damn cool building, whatever it is. I looked on the Brooklyn Bridge's embossed identify-a-building placards but couldn't find this one.
That reminds me of the tribune building in chicago.
I believe that's the lovely Municipal Courthouse in Brooklyn, my friends.
It's the Manhattan Municipal Building.
