Northline by Willy Vlautin (Cover)

Willy sent me a copy of his latest novel from Faber & Faber, my second cover design with them. Turned out quite nice, but it really looks like the front cover elements need to shift 1/4" to the right, which is odd. I also think the art director could have harassed me into giving something better for the back cover, but who can I blame but myself? Still, it turned out damn nice, and even comes with a CD! Deeluxe.

I can't say I enjoy the cluttered US edition too much... Too many competing areas of type...
